Costs

Text Box: Crews International aims at keeping employee’s pre-departure expenses at a minimum. The compulsory information session is free for all applicants accepted beyond the preliminary interview; however, the interstate flight costs (to and from Sydney) are the responsibility of the applicant. 

Most employees are required to pay for their flight costs from Australia and New Zealand to the destination where they will board the ship. However, this cost is usually always for the first contract only, and will be covered by your employer for subsequent contracts.

Once we have received confirmation of your employment we will require a processing fee of AUS$150.00 plus 10%GST totalling AUS$165.00. This is an administration fee and only applies if you are offered a position. We DO NOT CHARGE any fees for interviews/seminars or information regarding employment.
